Kendra, Brandon and the team went above and beyond, came to buy a 2026 3500 the transaction was by far the best simple easy, went for a test drive they evaluated my trade, sat down talked for about 10 minutes to explore all options and we made a deal.

Did not solve my problem. They stated no issues found. Told me the problem i was gaving is not what is suppose to happen. Just about called me a liar to my face in those words and made me feel stupid. My problem was this: when remote starting my vehicle sear warmers dud not automatically come on. The seat warmers ALWAYS came on automatically when I used my remote start. My heat controls were all set to on prior to the remote start. This always worked ever since I bought my vehicle until now. The girl in the svs. Dept said , oh no that doesn't happen. Just about calling me a liar! She was NOT very nice! I have always returned to della for all and any servicing ever since I bought my vehicle, but you just lost a customer because I will NOT go back there! It was the worst experience I have ever experienced there! And problem has not been fixed!!!

The work was done properly. I give credit to Damian who went above the norm to help me as a customer, he got me a loaner even though I didin't have one reserved, he showed that Della cares for their customers.

I had made an appointment for service. Truck was quickly taken in on my arrival and Damien knew why I was bringing it in. Service was performed quickly and I was kept up to date about the progress via text message and a phone call when it was completed. Everything I needed to have done was addressed and seems to be working well. Price was reasonable. Thanks to all for doing a great job.

GREAT OPERATION

Service was able to fit me in the same day as I called to check problem with power steering even though they technically didn’t have an appointment slot available. They checked out possible reasons for the failure and resolved the issue. Staff is always friendly and explains things well. As always, BP very happy with service at Della

My car was taken in right on time. The service adviser (Damian) went over what I needed done, and kept in touch with me when a part had to be ordered. The repair was made as well as the servicing my vehicle needed. No hassles, no problems.

There was greasy fingerprints on my hood. Grease on my steering wheel and on my side drivers side panel. Was told tire rotation was included with an oil change and was charged with it.

Buying process was fine. A pilot annoyed the vehicle was not cleaned and tires shined like the two vehicles it was sitting between. To could see where someone used their foot to open the door. Dirt on inside of door. I’m sure this is petty but just very annoying when it is a brand new car.

I GOT MY CAR BACK AND IT WAS SO CLEAN. THEY DID A SUPER AMAZING JOB!!

Firstly, when I made the appointment, I asked for a "loaner" vehicle because I was leaving the vehicle and needed to get home. They didn't have one and I was forced to rent a vehicle. The dealership failed to correct all the issues, some which have been ongoing for a few years, after having the vehicle for seven full days. When I drove off the dealership lot, I vowed never to return there. I will find another GMC Dealer to do business with.

The service part of the visit went well. They gave the urgency that the CHECK ENGINE light demanded. However, I looked at replacing my 10-year-old car but sat around for an hour with the appraiser holding my keys waiting for a quote on a 12,000 mile 2026 demo. Never got a number. Left my phone number. Never got a number. When I complained on a "how was our service" call, I did get a call back. But the quote was what I would have expected on a car with 12 miles, not 12,000. ($43k window sticker when new, $4k Carvana quote with engine light on, $37k D'ella quote.) Since I have an aversion to being called stupid, all the good will gained by excellent service was erased by assuming I'm a sucker.

I purchased a new vehicle June 2nd when I drove off the lot it was out of alignment to the point where it shouldn't be driven. I returned to the service department and was told " there's a vehicle in there, and it's not gonna be moved for a while". My wife and I sat down in the service area considering to take an uber 25 miles home since we've been there since 9:30. Our salesman Van Chakalis III became aware of our situation and got us a loner and got our vehicle into service. Van was great to work with!! When my wife is ready we would definitely seek out to deal with Van getting her into a new vehicle. SERVICE DEPARTMENT TBD. Also the gentleman that sold us the extended warranty was excellent to work with also.

My service went well and I was also able to get my car inspected which I didn't remember until I got to D'ella.

This was the best Dealership experience Ive ever had!

The only thing is I forgot to tip the mechanic for excellent service. I will bring to the dealership for him tomorrow. I am so very pleased with the service. My back up camera wasn't working and it is difficult to turn my neck so I was anxious to get this fixed. They did just that, replaced the broken camera and it was covered which made me so grateful. At 72 years old, my back up camera is so important for safety reasons. I feel very safe now and am and have been happy with my 2025 Buick Encore after having Hondas most of my life. Excellent Service and very kind and personable staff. Thank you!!

Experience was fantastic until I got home and realized I am locked out of the computer. I had downloaded apps, saved all my personally settings and now they are gone. Car tells me that only the administrator can change settings . Now I have to schedule to bring it back which takes up time as I am 40 minutes away from the dealership

This was my first service visit at D’Ella, After years of dealing with service departments at other dealerships, I am happy to say I have found the best! The entire process- from booking, to checking in, to shuttle service, to communication before, during and after, to checkout was very professional and stress free. And the techs did a neat and thorough job. I will HIGHLY recommend!

Not sure what to say. Nice people. Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and decided to wait. Took an hour and a half which okay, maybe they were backed up. Driving home I notice the sticker in the window for miles and next due is 2 oil changes old. Not nit picking, but I am busy and rely on looking at that to remember when to schedule next change. Oh well.

We were on our way home when our vehicle’s water pump suddenly failed around 6:00 p.m. in the middle of the Adirondacks. Our tow truck driver brought the vehicle to D’Ella, about 75 miles away, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from that point on. The service manager was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional. They promptly repaired our vehicle, and the price was very reasonable. Since I live in Vermont, I was also impressed with how easy they made it for me to arrange to pick up the vehicle a few days later. What started as a stressful breakdown turned into a very positive experience. Excellent service, fair pricing, and great people. I would definitely recommend D’Ella!

Kendra is the BEST car saleswoman anyone could ask for! I visited the Queensbury Della GMC showroom after calling to inquire about the Canyon. When I met Kendra I felt welcomed and comfortable speaking with her because she is very knowledgeable and sincere when discussing my truck interests. Kendra provided a wealth of information regarding the different Canyon models and once we covered that at length I was able to select the perfect Canyon for me. It just so happened that Della had the model and color that I wanted right on the lot. While discussing the truck selections available, Kendra assured me she could locate the exact truck I needed with a dealer search if necessary. I selected a red 2026 Canyon AT4 right on your lot. While shopping, I had Kendra's total attention. Next came the really fun part for me, customization! Kendra was totally there to help me select many options. She was able to custom build MY AT4 via computer so I was able to select just the right stuff. I placed a deposit on my new Canyon the day I met Kendra for the first time. Over the next few days, while waiting for options to arrive, I added and changed a few options. Kendra provided advice on my options and took care of the changes we discussed with total confidence. She kept me up to date and welcomed any inquiries I had. Of course a new vehicle purchase is a big deal for me, Kendra covered everything to my complete satisfaction and always made me feel confident and excited with my purchase. Kendra introduced me to other members of my Della team, finance and service. Delivery was super smooth, my Canyon was perfectly set-up and finance paperwork was ready, accurate and complete. Kendra and Della GMC represents excellence and I will recommend you both to everyone who admires MY GMC CANYON AT-4 !!!

While driving, my brake warning lights came on. I immediately drove to the nearest dealer which was Della Buick GMC. Since I did not have an appointment, Della would not be able to service my car for several days. I did not live in the area, so they assisted me in getting an Enterprise rental car. If I lived in the area my next car would be from Della.Their customer service was A+ in every department.
