Did not solve my problem. They stated no issues found. Told me the problem i was gaving is not what is suppose to happen. Just about called me a liar to my face in those words and made me feel stupid. My problem was this: when remote starting my vehicle sear warmers dud not automatically come on. The seat warmers ALWAYS came on automatically when I used my remote start. My heat controls were all set to on prior to the remote start. This always worked ever since I bought my vehicle until now. The girl in the svs. Dept said , oh no that doesn't happen. Just about calling me a liar! She was NOT very nice! I have always returned to della for all and any servicing ever since I bought my vehicle, but you just lost a customer because I will NOT go back there! It was the worst experience I have ever experienced there! And problem has not been fixed!!!
